Energy Conservation Programme for Watersports Centres and Clubs
The Mid-West Regional Authority is inviting Watersports Centres in Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary to participate in an Energy Conservation Programme. The Programme is aimed at improving the Environmental Credentials of Watersports Centres in the region. Through cooperation with the Regional Energy Agencies, the programme will involve undertaking Energy Audits and identify various solutions to help reduce the energy consumption within the centres.
If a Centre is interested in participating in this Energy Conservation Programme please submit an application form to the Regional Authority before visit 4.00pm, Friday 31st July 2009. Please see Terms and Conditions below.

Terms and Conditions
- This Energy Conservation Programme is open to Watersports Centres and Clubhouses in the Mid-West Region. The Mid-West Region comprises the administrative areas of counties Clare, Limerick & North Tipperary and Limerick City.
- Data Protection: All data will be treated in the strictest confidence
- Each Energy Audit will be carried out by qualified personnel of the Regional Energy Agencies.
- The Energy Audit will provide each Applicant/Centre with a detailed report including improvement and recommendations required to maximize energy efficiency.
- As there is limited funding available it may not be possible to accommodate all applicants.
- A panel including representatives of the Regional Authority and Regional Energy Agencies will review all applications. Their decision will be final.
- Applications must be submitted no later than 4.00pm, Friday 31st July 2009.
